Fees and Methods of Payment
We ask that all payments are made at the end of each appointment, by cash, cheque or any major credit card. If another party is paying for the treatment we must have confirmation of that prior to treatment. Interest will be charged on all outstanding accounts.
FAILED APPOINTMENTS will be charged at the full hourly rate.
