PATIENT OVERVIEW

You may have been told that you need either root canal treatment (endodontic treatment) or re-treatment. If so, then you may well be referred to an endodontist, (a specialist in root canal treatment) by your general dentist, or perhaps you will decide to consult an endodontist independently. We will always require a referral letter from your dentist before treatment commences although we are happy to see you for just a consultation. The practice is sympathetic, friendly, and personal to help you feel confident and relaxed when you come in for any root canal treatment. Our most important consideration is quality of care. Protection of staff and patients is paramount. We therefore take all necessary precautions to maintain the highest standards of safety. Disposable items are used where appropriate, and instruments are sterilised using the most modern effective methods available.
